Ingredients :
2/3 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips

For the cheesecake filling :
3 oz of Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 ½ tbsp of Sugar
1 small Egg yolk
Ingredients :
1/3 cup real maple syrup
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Ingredients :
1 head of broccoli, stalks peeled and cut lengthwise into long pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place broccoli on rimmed baking pan and toss with olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring once halfway through roasting.
2. Transfer broccoli to large serving bowl. Add cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest and red pepper flakes and toss to combine. Serve immediately.

Puree the peaches and lemonade in a blender until smooth.
Pour vodka over ice in a rocks glass. Top off with peach-lemonade puree.

2 tbsp hazelnuts, blanched, toasted and chopped

Note: To make it easier to grind the hazelnuts blend them in a food processor with the powdered sugar. That way they stay dry and won't ball up.
