Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp pine nuts
3 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups fresh basil
Directions:
In a processor pulse garlic and pine nuts till minced. Add remaining ingredients and blend till mostly smooth. Store in an airtight container for just a few days.
