Buffalo Chicken Dip






Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded (about 2 cups)

8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 to 3/4 cup hot sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese




Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large saucepan, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and cheddar cheese over low heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Stir in shredded chicken.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake until mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles. Serve 
with celery sticks, tortilla chips or crackers.
