Antipasto Loaf






Ingredients :

1 French bread baguette (350 g)
1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread
3 Tbsp. pesto
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts , drained, chopped
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
2 cups baby spinach leaves , coarsley chopped

Presto Pesto








Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp pine nuts
3 tbsp EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups fresh basil

Directions:

In a processor pulse garlic and pine nuts till minced. Add remaining ingredients and blend till mostly smooth. Store in an airtight container for just a few days.
